3033 Wilshire Penthouses & Apartments boasts sweeping views of the downtown skyline from it’s Koreatown location and provides fashion forward tenants luxury apartment living with and high-end finishes to match. Arlynn Reames (while employed at Steinberg Hart Architects) developed the Construction Documents, including coordination between Interiors, Architecture and finish manufacturers. Millwork drawings were designed to accommodate the different unit typologies between floors. The resulting design is a hip, luxury residential tower that gives its residents access to the best of both K-Town and DTLA.
